No Refund Cancellation Policy

Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd is committed to providing exceptional services in a timely manner, we strive to give our customers the best experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to modify or cancel your project.
However, we would like to inform you that we have implemented a strict No Refund Cancellation Policy to ensure we can provide you with the highest levels of service and satisfaction.
Customer deposits can be repaid to the Customer (along with any other prepayments) within 28 days IF the work has not started, and/or where the work is cancelled by the Customer because either it’s within the cancellation period or the work does not take place within a reasonable time. Where work is cancelled by the customer (and there has been no breach of the Customer’s common law and statutory rights) you retain no more than reasonable costs you have incurred.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may necessitate a cancellation or modification to your project, but we ask for your understanding of our No Refund Cancellation Policy.
No Refund Cancellation Policy
Once an agreement and a deposit payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure our team can effectively plan work schedules, to fulfil projects in a timely manner. Additionally, cancellations can cause delays in completion of other client’s projects, which can negatively impact our customers.
