By using our services, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
You must follow any policies made available to you within the services. Using our services does not give intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access. You may not use content from our services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.
These terms do not give you the rights to use any branding or logos used in our services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices in or along with our services.
In connection with your use of our services we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of such communications by contacting info@gellandscaping.co.uk
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd’s privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our services. By using our services, you agree to Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Only authorised employees within the company who, within the course of their duties can access and use information collected from individual customers.

Liability For Our Services
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd, for its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including any implied warranties, is limited to any reasonably foreseeable financial losses suffered as a result of any breach of contract or negligence.
Only a judge can decide the liability if there is a breach of contract/negligence resulting from the actions of the Trader and these cannot be limited by the trader, only the law.
In all cases Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd, and its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to modify or cancel your project.
However, we would like to inform you that we have implemented a strict No Refund Cancellation Policy to ensure we can provide you with the highest levels of service and satisfaction. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may necessitate a cancellation or modification to your project, but we ask for your understanding of our No Refund Cancellation Policy, which is available upon request info@gellandscaping.co.uk or Lisa on 07803274816.
Payments and Goods Purchased
Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd’s quotations are based on what can be seen from the above ground view, if when works commence the ground requires more or different materials to complete the job, the prices quoted may vary accordingly for any additional materials or labour incurred. This will be discussed with you at every stage.
Any additions to the design from what have been set out in this quotation will be charged as an extra cost.
A 5% deposit will need to be paid on agreement of the works. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the project. Please email info@gellandscaping.co.uk to request a copy of our cancelation policy.
The remaining balance will be split down with staged payments, which will need to be paid every Thursday by 5pm for the duration of the project the final payment is due on satisfactory completion of the job and/or within 14 days from the date of this invoice.
Any non-payments will result in an immediate stop to the project and legal action will be taken to claim back any outstanding costs due to Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd.
Any materials purchased by Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd will remain the property of Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd until the final payment has been received.
Calculation of Fees and Other Charges
Fees for professional services are calculated by the time spent by the service provider associates and staff attending to said services, multiplied the hourly rate. The hourly rate is applied to all work completed on behalf of Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd including making phone calls, emails, writing letters, emails, travel time, negotiating with partners and preparing documents.
Labour and any goods purchased on behalf of the customer will need to be paid every Thursday by 5pm, for the duration of the project. Any non-payments will result in an immediate stop to the project and legal action will be taken to claim back any outstanding costs due to Gel Landscaping and Groundworks Ltd.
